This option is a safe, cost-effective way to evaluate a candidate's performance and fit before making a hiring commitment. Temporary employees remain on Spirosoft’s payroll for an agreed-upon period of time, with all the corresponding benefits. You maintain the option to convert them to your payroll with complete confidence, for a modest conversion fee.
